T H Enterprises Ltd is an intergenerational family business built by the founders and current directors Trevor & Harriet Hamilton.
The company has been built up over a 45 year period from a nil equity base.
T H Enterprises Ltd currently operates seven large, well structured dairy farms - three are in the North Island and three in the South Island.
There are also two dairy support units that support young stock grazing, winter grazing and feed supplies to the dairy units.
The company milks 8,000 cows and produces 3,250,000 kgs milk solids.
The average size farm within the group is 1140 cows. The total area currently farmed is 3,050 ha across the group portfolio.
The farms are based in three regional hubs which lessens the risk to the business from climatic conditions.
T H Enterprises Ltd supplies milk to four different dairy companies which de-risks the company from a single processor.
T H Enterprises Ltd currently employs 46 staff, we pride ourselves on our staff great staff retention record and the duty our duty of care with all employees.
T H Enterprises Ltd has formal governance and employs two independent directors.
