OUR STAFF

Currently across all farms there are 46 full time staff. All staff are on eight on, two off rosters.

The size of the company enables progression where staff can achieve higher positions of responsibility. We strongly encourage further learning and training to provide a challenge and to promote progression in the dairy industry.

We aim to keep good staff environment.

The team structure across all companies consists of operation managers, farm managers, 2nd in charge positions along with intermediate and junior staff.
