Darfield Farm Ltd
A 276 ha dairy unit which has 265 ha within the milking area.

Dunsandel Farms Ltd employs six staff and has five staff houses available, and is managed by an experienced Farm Manager.
The farm is situated 8 km for the Dunsandel township and is 30 mins to Christchurch.
Tripleton Farm Ltd
A 183 eff ha Dairy farm milking 880 milking cows.
This farm is fully irrigated under pivot irrigation, and has very compact farm layout.
Budgeted production is 388,000 kgs milk solids. This farm has a 54 bail Rotary dairy shed.
Tripleton farm employs an experienced Farm Manager, with five staff and five staff houses.
This farm is situated 7 km from Dunsandel township, and is 30 mins to Christchurch.
Wainui Enterprises Ltd
A 275 ha farm, it has a 50 bail Rotary shed that is not currently being used to milk cows at this stage.
Wainui Enterprises Ltd currently grows 90 ha of kale crops for Dunsandel & Tripleton dairy farms.
It winters 2,100 cows, and also leases 136 ha land to Dunsandel farm to milk on. All three farms in Dunsandel are adjoining, so provide many farming options.
Wainui is a fully irrigated farm, staff are used from Tripleton Farm to manage this operation.
There are four staff houses on Wainui, all these houses currently supply housing to both Tripleton & Dunsandel farms.
